David did a professional job from initial quote to finishing the job. David gave us options and the advantages/disadvantages of each given our budget. David also went the extra mile when he found unidentified issues and solved them. David cleaned up after he finished each day and was also flexible with start times and even making noise at certain times as we have a child. I would have no issues with recommending David to friends.
